Job Description: Job Title: Workday Studio Integration and Security Lead Job Location: Remote Clearance: US Citizen or Green Card We are looking for a Workday Studio Integration and Security Lead to join our team to provide top level business services. Duties -Provide strategic thought leadership and hands on tactical support for the Client team and 3rd party implementation partner supporting the technical workstreams. -Co-lead all tasks from planning, fit-gap analysis, from planning, through to design test and delivery of technical solutions. Support client with requirements and data gathering, documentation, data analysis, prioritization, future proofed design and best practice recommendations throughout the project. -Responsible for leading and performing designing, and testing integrations and/or reports; creating and testing rules and validations and training facilitation for the client team. -Lead the clients and implementation partner in planning, coordination, and administration of reporting and security workstream tasks, activities and deliverables. -Serve as the Workday Integration and Workday Security SME and Primary Point of Contact between client project team and implementation partner. -Responsible for leading and performing design and configuration of security profiles, their mapping to business processes and workers and its testing. -Lead the validation, vetting of all roles and respective security group assignments, domain security policy and BP security policy by functional area. Responsible for mapping of WD to legacy roles and customer population in collaboration with the change management team. -Perform regression testing, potential business process impact; recommend areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: -4+ years of IT Technical professional experience in Workday, HRIS or FIN ERP systems -2-3 years of strong Workday integration skills: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), -Document Transformation (DT), Core Connector -Workday Web Services SOAP/REST, WQL, Prism Analytics -Business Process, XML, XSLT, XPath, Report Writer/Designer -Calculated Fields, and Security.
